Solo Pour: Reflections
What began as quiet reflections written one cup of coffee at a time is now available as my first book. Solo Pour: Reflections is a collection of essays about family, gratitude, resilience, community, and finding meaning in ordinary moments.
These reflections are meant to be read slowly, perhaps with a warm cup of coffee nearby. They are stories of ordinary days that quietly remind us what matters most. My hope is that somewhere in these pages you’ll recognize a piece of your own story.
Available in paperback and Kindle editions.
Why I Wrote This Book
People often ask where the ideas for Solo Pour come from.
The answer is simple: life.
The stories in this book were not written because extraordinary things happened. They were written because ordinary things did. A conversation with my mother. A cup of coffee before sunrise. Watching someone quietly care for another person. Remembering a teacher, a neighbor, or a family member whose influence continues long after the moment has passed.
Over time I realized those moments deserved to be preserved, not because they were mine, but because they belong to all of us.
My hope is that Solo Pour: Reflections reminds you that your own life is filled with stories worth noticing, relationships worth cherishing, and moments worth remembering.
